The 68,000 square foot Clubhouse is the heart of Carmel, a place for exquisite dining, private parties and spectacular events. The 300-person Grand Ballroom features vaulted ceilings and stunning chandeliers. From private dining rooms to the Veranda to the Grill, the Carmel Clubhouse is busy with excitement and events all year. 

Carmel Country Club is a private, member-owned club. Its facilities and services are for its members and their guests. Private and social events held at Carmel are for the personal enjoyment of the members and their guests. 

A member of Carmel Country Club must host all sponsored events and is responsible for calling the Events Department to schedule the sponsored event.

Upon first entering, the eye is immediately drawn to the crystal chandeliers and detailed moldings that encircle them. The Presidents Room, named so in honor of Carmel's past presidents, often serves as the site for bridge or dinner parties and can be used in accord with the Board Room. The dimensions are 21' x 33' with a square footage of 693. The room has a seating capacity of 40 people for a plated meal or 30 people with a buffet. For standing hors d'oeuvres functions, the room holds 50 including a bar.
A subtle sophistication embraces this room, and its hospitality is apparent as guests sit by the fireplace. The Board Room is used mostly for meetings but can also be used with the Presidents Room for midsized events. The dimensions are 20' x 30' with a square footage of 600. The room has a seating capacity of 14, which is one conference style table.

The Honors Terrace is the perfect outdoor venue for evening cocktail parties and weddings. Enjoy the beautiful Carolina weather and fantastic views of both golf courses. This open air space can accommodate upwards of 300 people and with two working fire pits, is open year round. 
Carmel's East & Gold Rooms are often used in conjunction for dinner parties and cocktail receptions. These spaces define simple elegance with classic chandeliers and glass pane french doors between them. When used together they have a combined 1,206 sq. feet and can accommodate up to 60 people for a seated dinner or 85 for standing hors d'oeuvres with a bar.
The grandest of all Carmel's rooms, the Ballroom features vaulted ceilings, chandeliers and parquet floors. This is the perfect room for your next elaborate celebration. The dimensions are 48' x 85' with a square footage of 4080. The room has a seating capacity of 240 with no tables on the dance floor or 320 with tables on the dance floor. For stand up hors d'oeuvres functions the Ballroom can accommodate 300. This room can also be used in conjunction with the Terrace with a capacity of 340 having no tables on the dance floor or 420 with tables on the dance floor. For stand up hors d'oeuvres functions, the Ballroom and Terrace can accommodate 450.

Enjoy an outstanding view of Hole #18 on the South Course while dining or sipping your favorite cocktail. Carmel's Terrace is ideal for sunlit luncheons, afternoon teas or as the cocktail area locale prior to dining in the Ballroom. The dimensions are 18' x 115' with a square footage of 2070. The room has a seating capacity of 100 for a plated meal or 125 for stand up hors d'oeuvres with a bar. This room can also be used in conjunction with the Ballroom or Club Lounge.
