Dining in the Grill is right for every group. We have family friendly and adult sections. Have a large party? Not a problem. We can seat you all together in an intimate setting. And when the weather warms up, dine on our posh yet comfortable Terrace. Want to stop in for drinks and appetizers then join friends at the Couples Lounge. Our bartenders serve up premium drinks, specialty beers and flavored liquors.

We spice up the menu with new items throughout the year and have an amazing wine selection from all over the world.  Our brilliant chef Michael Vergili has been creating unique and spectacular dishes for members for years. Carmel is proud to offer local produce as well as meat and seafood from the highest quality sources.

Looking for something more upscale? Experience the Chef’s Table, a fine dining five-course experience customized to your tastes with wine pairings for each course. Carmel also hosts wine dinners throughout the year including our renowned Wines Around the World.

Can’t dine with us? Pick up something to go with our curbside to go service. Reservations are appreciated and can be made by phone or online. Grill hours are Tuesday – Sunday, 11:30 am to 2:30 pm for lunch and 5:30 pm to late for dinner. The Grill is closed on Monday.
